About Lincolnshire Mental Health Consultancy
Lincolnshire Mental Health Consultancy was founded to offer thoughtful, person centred psychiatric expertise with the flexibility of a modern independent service. We work with trusted professionals across psychiatry, psychology, and allied disciplines — bringing together the right people for each client’s needs.
Our focus is older adult mental health, cognitive assessment, capacity evaluation, and medicolegal reporting. Every piece of work is grounded in respect, clarity, and collaboration, with governance and quality assurance at the heart of what we do.

About the Founder
The consultancy is led by Dr Gillespie, a consultant psychiatrist with over twenty years’ NHS experience in older adult psychiatry. Dr Gillespie’s clinical work spans inpatient, community, and memory services, and she is approved under the Mental Health Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards frameworks.
Her approach combines clinical precision with warmth and humanity — valuing clear communication, multidisciplinary teamwork, and safe, person‑centred care. Dr Gillespie oversees the consultancy’s clinical direction and ensures that every assessment and report meets the highest professional standards.
