Fees
  • Standard capacity assessment: £450–£550 (depending on complexity and background information required)
  • Urgent 48 hour assessment: £650
  • Additional work / further visits: quoted individually (for complex cases, extensive collateral, or multiple decisions)
  • COP3 form completion included

All fees are confirmed in writing before the assessment takes place.

  1. Referral received via email or phone with background information and the decision in question.
  2. Background review of medical history, collateral information, and any relevant documentation.
  3. Assessment – home visit, care home visit, hospital visit, or remote assessment where appropriate.Report delivered: a clear, defensible, senior level opinion with recommendations. COP3 forms completed where required.
